Reasons I enjoy being a grown up….
That was dinner. Yup. There was no vegetable. No formal place settings. Just a bunch of meat and cheese on a cutting board.
Epic awesome.
And since this really doesn’t require a recipe, I won’t give one. But I will tell you what was on the board…some Iberico cheese, dry aged Monterey Jack cheese, prosciutto, and Chianti salami. Awesome! Oh, and a roasted garlic herb olive oil and garlic Parmesan bread. Yum!
