First, let me start by apologizing for not writing sooner about Napa. I’ve kind of had a lot of stuff going on lately. While I was out in Cali, I was offered a new job!!!! Yay!!! Still working in an office and not a kitchen just yet, but for now, this new job is going to be great. I probably SHOULDN’T have accepted the offer after a 40 barrel tasting, but that is neither here nor there…

I thought the best way to make it up would be to write a super crazy long post….and since I don’t have a recipe to go with this post, it should be savored with your drink of choice (mine is a glass of cabernet franc….)
